Yes, this a newer version than that on the ws-i site. Our code from WSVT 
is repackaged and contributed to WS-I. 

WSVT 1.3 release validates against the WS-I SSBP1.0 and BP1.1 Profiles. 
These profiles in essence are equivalent to BP1.0 + errata.
