Can WSVT 1.3 validate BP 1.0 by using TAD for BP 1.0 ?
I don't think you need to do that. If I remember correctly, BP1.1 +
SSBP1.0 = BP1.0 + errata.

It is true that SSBP1.0 + BP1.1 is equivalent to BP1.0 + errata. In WSVT
1.3 we only validate against the SSBP1.0 and BP1.1. The TAD file name is
the default name that automatically gets selected by the tool set. I am
adding the
flexibility of allowing the user to select the Profile that he/she wants
to validate against, but I was going to introduce it with the Attachments
Profile support which will be available later this month.
For a workaround you could download the BP1.0 TAD and rename it to the
specified file name in the download instruction on the WSVT site. The
underlying code supports all of the profiles past and current -- we just
need to add a gui aspect to allow the user to make a selection.
