Hi Tom,

You don't need to run an ant script to get the plugins built for 
development within Eclipse. The Eclipse Java compiler will take care of 
compiling the code for you. You can then launch a runtime workbench which 
will run with the modified plugin. If the plugins are showing errors in 
Eclipse please open a bug report.

I'll try to get some instuctions on compiling the plugins with Ant up in 
the next few days.
