Hi Dhiraj,

I just downloaded the WSVT zip from the downloads page (from the link 
you've indicated below) and unzipped it (using WinZIP 8) and everything's 
working fine. Try updating your unzip program or using the latest version 
of winzip. If you're still having trouble and can't download a new, valid 
zip I'm happy to send you an e-mail with the zip file if GMail allows 7 
meg attachments.
