The bug report you are referring to can be found at

Are you saying that putting ./ in front of the file name in your WSDL 
document resolved the issue (what you had written in the bug report) or 
that it actually did not resolve the issue?

In future, please follow up to bug reports by appending comments to the 
bug report itself. This way the bug owner, originator and anyone 
monitoring the bug will automatically receive notification of your 
comment.
