Tim,

To save the xml file from the FAQ page follow these steps:

1. Go to the FAQ page :).  It is found at
http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/indextech.cgi/~checkout~/wsvt-home/faq.html
2. In the "Download and Install" section, right click on the link
http://www.ws-i.org/Testing/Tools/2003/07/BasicProfileTestAssertions.xml and
choose "Save Target As...".
3. Save the TAD file.

Note that if you are view the above link using Outlook, you can just go
right ahead to step 2.
