Hi Sindhura,

We're still working on the documentation. To use the WSVT project, go to 
the WSVT project page at http://www.eclipse.org/wsvt/. Go to the Download 
page. Download the zip file from that page to the eclipse/plugins 
directory. You will also need to download the TAD file. Instructions are 
available on the download page.

To validate a WSDL file in eclipse, right click on the file and select 
Validate WSDL File... from the context menu.

To validate a Web service monitor log file in eclipse, right click on the 
file and select Validate from the context menu. (To create a Web service 
monitor log file you will have to use the command line monitor. 
Documentation for the monitor is available in the org.wsi.test.tools 
plugin.)
