FYI, When eclipse was just getting started I was working with the Apache 
SOAP code and saw its TCP/IP Monitor. I though that would be a nice 
additional to WebSphere Studio so I asked one of my team members, Tim 
Deboer, to integrate it. That led to the TCP/IP Monitoring Server we 
ship now. So we are definitely not shy about adopting code from Axis.
