Currently the WSVT project has validation tools that will check you WSDL 
document against the WSDL 1.1 spec and WS-I Basic Profile.  You can also 
monitor your service SOAP traffic and check it against the WS-I Basic 
Profile.

On the way is validation of WSDL documents against the WSDL 1.2 spec 
working draft and a SOAP message monitor to allow for monitoring SOAP 
traffic within eclipse.
