Its the web services validation project. You can use this to determine if
your web services conform to a valid WS-I profile. You can learn more here
http://www.eclipse.org/wsvt/

Just for reference, if you see a new newsgroup or want to find any of the
projects you see on this news server, the formula is to take www.eclipse.org
and append the project name which is just the last part of the newgroup name
(i.e gef, jdt, swt, cdt ... etc) and it will take you to the home page for
that project.
