[news.eclipse.technology.subversive] subversive does not show in prefereces

Hi I installed Subversive SVN Team provider 0.7.8 (the latest) in Eclipse 
Galileo and it showed in the preferences under Team. I then installed 
Subversive SVN Connectors and SVNKit 1.3.0 (for subversion 1.6.3) and 
then it disappears from the preferences. When I check installed software 
everything is there.
How can I get it to show in the preferences so I set the perspective?
