[news.eclipse.technology.subversive] Problem with 'Compare With Branch'

I'm using single project repository layout.
Subversive detects the layout fine.
When I select a file then 'Compare With Branch', the branches show up 
properly in the list.
When I do the compare, it seems to compare with the root directory of 
the branch, rather than the equivalent file.
If I type in the full path of the file it works, but that seems, well, 
not very useful.
Is there something I am doing wrong?

Environment:

SVN client 1.5
SVN server 1.4 (maybe that's the issue, because no merge tracking?)
Subversive 0.7.8.I20090506-1500
