[news.eclipse.technology.riena] Riena Version 0.1 slip

Due to the work involved checking in the first version of code and maintaining a new project we will not make it
to have a version 0.1 in january as previously planned.

Currently new planned date for that is february. We will see if that works. The other planned versions remain where
they are for now.
