Hi,
1.) FileUpload is available as separate bundle from CVS 
(/rt/org.eclipse.rap/sandbox/org.eclipse.rwt.widgets.upload).

2) Concerning images there have been a lot of threads in this newsgroup. 
You can simply use a Label or a Button to display the Image.

3) To display a PDF within a RAP application you can use the SWT Browser 
widget. For more information on how to provide the file as download to 
the user you may also want to search the newsgroup.
