I'm working on a project to make the platform RelEng  website use the
pheonix style sheets and I need the specified php file :

/eclipse.org-common/system/app.class.php
I don't want to refer to the one on eclipse.org because I would like to test
it locally first. Where is this file located so I can copy it to my test
machine? Thankyou
