[news.eclipse.technology.phoenix] CVS server problems?

I get some wierd problems when using the CVS server to checkout files. Every other CVS attempt seems to end in a 'connection reset' message.

It's almost as if there's some kind of round-robin load-balancer that's sending the requests to cvs1.internal.eclipse.org and cvs2.internal.eclipse.org, but that cvs2.internal.eclipse.org is down and can't be reached.

Not sure if this is a known issue, but if I mention it here it might get picked up and/or forwarded to people who know more about it.
