Thanks for your help - I hope it continues,

It may better approach to design a skin, without using content. Feedback I received when I posted the first wirefrmes using actual content was "this is not the information I care about" In an attempt to help people focus on the look and feel the wireframes use Latin "lorem Ipsum" text.

And also that I have been told that users would like to see a more "Mozilla - like design" Which I understand to be a metaphor for Mozilla's 'to the point information' and simplistic and visually appealing design.

Admittedly this is difficult as Eclipse.org has no lack of content and a wide variety of audience members.

Attached is a "draft" document 'Eclipse Information Architecture specs 1.3' It is meant to storyboard out a possible navigation schema and illustrate the Eclipse Foundation's "ABOUT" content. Perhaps this document will give your designer (and other potential designers) more to work with?

Another suggestion might be to create a skin that more closely reflects the Eclipse brand/ look and feel

I hope this helps,
Andrew
