[News.eclipse.technology.packaging] project building in eclipse 3.4

Hi,

I am using eclipse Version: 3.4.0 Build id: I20080617-2000. Actually have 
i migrated my IDE from 3.3 to 3.4. In this IDE my java projects having two 
source folder and the second folder in having some .xml files. whenever i 
clean and build the projects it putting everything into bin directory 
except .xml files. eralier everything was going to bin directory.

Can any body tell me the reason
