lists Apr 15th as public access date for the Ganymede M6 packages. That
means that the Ganymede M6 packages will not be available before.

But there are the nightly builds: http://www.eclipse.org/epp/download.php

And of course, there will be something like
http://phoenix.eclipse.org/packages/, but I am not sure if it will be
a 'phoenix.eclipse.org'... URL.
