I have volunteered to help Jochen with the Packaging Project proposals.

It is great to see that a number of people are interested in participating 
in this project.   Jochen and I were thinking that it might be appropriate 
to have a kick-off conference call with all the interested parties. 
Therefore I would like to suggest we schedule a conference call for
