Install the latest weekly build from the update site at 
http://download.eclipse.org/technology/ohf/soda/dk/update-site/weekly/ into 
eclipse look in the help. You should find tutorials for both SAT and DK 
there. Not everything is documented, but the documentation together with the 
wizards should at least help you get started.
