For HL7 especially the server side does not have to be "embedded" in 
Eclipse or OHF. Unless OHF also intends to provide server infrastructure 
similar to projects such as WTP, etc.

A client and interface functionality to use HL7 seems more useful if OHF 
means to provide those features via plugins to the Eclipse workbench.
