Hi Grahame,

The deliverables look more than a little bit fuzzy.  This may be your 
intention, but it might be good to point that out in the document. 
Something along the lines of:
"The specific project deliverables have not been tightly nailed down to 
allow flexibility and will be made more concrete under the influence of 
initial resource contributors".

As the document currently reads, it might appear to some that either "we're 
airy-fairy and really don't know what we want to do" or "we know exactly 
what we want to do, and if this description isn't enough for you, you're 
obviously in the wrong place" :>
