I agree with Grahame's note that this is "a new direction for eclipse" and
this is a concern to me. If the original charter for Eclipse is "an open
platform for tool integration built by an open community of tool
providers", then how does one reconcile this charter with this healthcare
proposal? Is the intention to deliver a server-side application or a
tool? Which one?
