Cyril, this is not a known bug nor am I seeing this when testing against 
 2.18. Try updating the repository attributes via the context menu in 
the Task Repositories view. Follow this with synchronizing the 
individual task form the context menu in the task list. Open the task 
and ensure the target milestone field is available in the attributes 
section of the rich editor.  You should see the target milestone field 
set to --- if you don't have any specified. Try re-submitting.
