This is:
176716: Task colors are not displayed
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=176716
Rob Elves already closed this as RESOLVED WONTFIX since an upgrade to Kubuntu Edgy would help here.
Interestingly, an older Debian 3.1 (sarge) works also fine (with XFree86 server), while the same
system with X.Org does not work.
Possibly, a SWT bug could be filed here, but I do not know the depths of the system.

While we have never come across such a case, the first place to check is
the Preferences -> General -> Appearance -> Colors and Fonts page to
make sure that the Tasks colors are set as you expect them.
If that still doesn't work make a task over due, then check your Error
Log view to see if any exception occurred and file a bug so that we can
diagnose the cause.

Hi all,
I am using Mylar 2.0 with Eclipse 3.2.2, but I do not get colorized
tasks (overdue, today, ...)
What could be wrong?
