The location and status of the Zest sandbox component is still in flux, 
and being discussed on the following bug report:

164387: Move Zest into a separate component of GEF
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=164387

In the meantime, you should be able to experiment with Zest by checking 
it out from CVS.  If you have additional needs (e.g. an updated site) I 
suggest filing a bug under the Zest component.
