Just to make sure we are all using the same site.
The update site to use for subclipse is 
http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.2.x and the feature you are looking 
for is Subclipse Mylar Integration 1.0.1 as far as I know it requires 
Subclipse 1.2.0. Be sure to look into your configuration manager and see 
which subclipse version is actually selected and which features are 
installed.
