This sounds like there is some kind of connection problem, possibly caused
by the server closing the connection. Please file a bug report in the
Eclipse Bugzilla that includes your Trac version and a description when the
error is displayed.

You can also try a dev build (http://www.eclipse.org/mylar/dl.php), the
connection timeout settings were recently improved.
