[News.eclipse.technology.mylar] Filters in PackageExplorer not Recognize

Hello,

I'm wondering if this is a bug or intended so I'm asking here before 
going into bugzilla.

I noticed that even though I have Referencedlibrary filter on in my 
package explorer MyLar shows classes I have opened recently in these 
libraries anyway. Wouldn't it be better to filter such references?
