Sure it is,

I am currently using the Dresden OCL toolkit to parse the constraints.
However, I just need some kind of "service" that given an .xmi file
representing the UML model with its constraints, returns the model and the
constraints represented as an instance of the UML and OCL metamodels (using,
form instance, a netbeans implementation of these metamodels). The dresden
OCL toolkit provides a set of libraries providing this functionality with
the last OCL 2.0 version.
