Not exactly MDA but Model Driven Software Development (MDSD) is the 
topic of a German book: Modellgetriebene Softwareentwicklung by Thomas 
Stahl and Markus Voelter. You might also find valuable infos (papers 
about best practices, ...) at www.mdsd.info.
Maybe MDA Distilled might also be of interest, it describes the core 
concepts but is pretty theoretically.
The German magazine ObjektSpektrum has published an online issue (in 
German) about Model Driven Development (MDD) which is available at 
http://www.sigs-datacom.de/sd/publications/os/2004/MDD/index.htm
