[news.eclipse.technology.laszlo] Install IDE4Laszlo on Linux?

There is no "Help -> Software Updates" in "Here is the install sequence (for new installations):" Step #4 at http://www.eclipse.org/laszlo/release/0.2.0/ before and after installing Mozilla 1.7.x in Linux Install Considerations.

In Linux Install Considerations, I skipped Step #1 "Download and install Eclipse 3.1." since I already downloaded the "all in one" file (wtp-all-in-one-1.0-linux-gtk.tar.gz) in Step #2 "Here is the install sequence (for new installations):".

I launched eclipse per "Linux Install Considerations" Step #4 ./eclipse -vmargs -Dorg.eclipse.swt.browser.internal.flash
and assumed I should continue with "Here is the install sequence (for new installations):" Step #4.

Consequently, i see "No Applicable Items" in "Here is a typical usage scenario:" Step #1 when attempting File -> New.

How do I Install IDE4Laszlo on Linux?

Also, please look at http://www.eclipse.org/newsportal/article.php?id=229&group=eclipse.technology.laszlo#229
Location of the Laszlo Presentation Server wrt/IDE
so maybe I can use the IDE from a different server than lps.

Regards.
