I found this quoted excerpt from the myeclipse support forums.   It does not 
indicate which version of the wtp they are using but assuming we can get the 
ide to work built against that particular version of the wtp then it should 
become possible for laszloide to co-exist with myeclipse (which is an 
excellent web development platform)

      Unfortunately using WTP and MyEclipse together will not work will and 
will give you many errors. The good news is that in version 5 of MyEclipse 
(first milestone in a week and final release in July) we are building 
directly ontop of WTP, so you won't need to install them side by side. Until 
then you will need to use one product or the other, I'm sorry for the 
inconvenience.
