I have been using eclipse 3.1.2 with all the required plugins on Windows 
XP (in addition I have BIRT installed). I installed IDEforLaszlo 0.2 with 
no errors. After restarting I find no references to Laszlo under 
New->Project or Open Perspective or Preferences. There are no messages in 
the Eclipse error log to indicate anything went wrong. My question is has 
this been sucessfully tested on eclipse 3.1.2?
