[news.eclipse.technology.kepler] EclipseCON, Buckminster and Kepler

Last week was very exciting at EclipseCON, many things going on.

We had long talks with Henrik and Thomas from Buckminster and seems that
it's in the best interest for everybody to contribute the Maven
integration code we've been working on so far to Buckminster project,
and focus the short term effort on providing Buckminster our expertise
to fully integrate Maven.

In the following weeks we'll be updating Kepler roadmap to accomodate
this change in direction.
