[news.eclipse.technology.kepler] Comments on the build items

I don't see the relationship between "integrating build tools into the 
development environment" from the proposal and the "headless eclipse-plugin 
build items". If the proposal is what sets the direction, this is clearly 
off topic. I personnaly believe that pushing or developing yet another build 
technology should be left to people that already own such a technology and 
that the goal of Kepler should be the integration in the IDE like mentionned 
in the proposal. This will prove to be much more usefull to people.
