[news.eclipse.technology.kepler] Re: Added comments to the wiki

Hi Henrik,

Hi,
I have commented the proposal on the wiki.
I think it is important that we agree on how to collaborate to evolve the proposal; should we just add comments to comments in the proposal itself? or where do we have the discussions?
As a proposal, why not have the discussions in this forum as it supports threaded conversations - this is not easy to do on the wiki, and the proposal page is already starting to (apropriately for the season) light up as a christmas tree we colored comments :).
And, then when we discuss something that we handle one topic per thread.

Yes. What seemed to work for the Dev Process Revision document was to put comments in the document via the markup/wiki and have any discussion about comments be in the newsgroup.

Which seems to be what you/we're doing at this point, so I think we're on track.

Probably a good idea to also include the wiki url in related newsgroup postings:

http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/Kepler_Project_Plan

If you want to refer to a specific comment in the newsgroup then just cut and paste the comment to newsgroup posting.

Thanks,

Scott
