Hi,
I have commented the proposal on the wiki.
I think it is important that we agree on how to collaborate to evolve the 
proposal; should we just add comments to comments in the proposal itself? or 
where do we have the discussions?
As a proposal, why not have the discussions in this forum as it supports 
threaded conversations - this is not easy to do on the wiki, and the 
proposal page is already starting to (apropriately for the season) light up 
as a christmas tree we colored comments :).
And, then when we discuss something that we handle one topic per thread.
