The milestone 1 talks about API for the common project model, however there 
is no metntion of time to work on the definition / scope of the common 
project model.

In milestone 2, item build management. Is the goal to integrate with the 
builder mechanism from the resources plug-in, like the concept of external 
builder.

In milestone 3, the build server item appears and seems to rely on something 
already elaborated. Did I miss an item?
