i don't know what is plan for this project, but database plugin is probably
dtp and they have plan for late 6Q1 - it is now unusable - oracle driver is
generic and port to postgresql is easy (we need only db definition file -
mostly define database types)
it is better choose another plugin - better choice currently is sqlexplorer,
quantum ...
