Hello, We have been following the project for a long time and we're really 
interested in the possibilities that Higgins Project gives to the Identity 
Management. Also having a look through the site we found a few information 
about the Higgins Global Graph and the Context Data Model but we're not 
sure about the diferences between both concepts.

Also we found some information about the meeting that was scheduled for 
29-31 of January 2008 on this site:

We would be greatful if we could have some more information about that 
conference and specially if we could get some presentations or papers 
exposed there, in particular the ones of the Thursday Data Model 
exposition on Door 3.
