did you get to it?   

If you are interested in getting started with Higgins, we currently have 
stable and nightly builds for the IdAS component under downloads.
Also nightly builds for IdAS context providers and our Token Service are 
available at
http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/Nightly_Component_Builds

for descriptions of the above components.
