[news.eclipse.technology.higgins] adding eodm.jar to lib folder in org.e

Hi,

I'm trying to bring up the demo app using 3.1.2  As a newbie, I'm doing 
something simple that's wrong regarding putting the eodm.jar file
into the lib folder of the org.eclipse.higgins.context.model. The problem 
seems to start around resolving eodm.jar with errors in
the manifest, etc.

ECF seems to be working fine.
