I posted an answer about this issue on the ATL mailing list and on the AMW newsgroup. I 
sum up the answer below:


These projection menus (to inject/extract KM3, ATL, etc.) are part of the AM3 plugins. So 
the AM3 plugins must be installed as well.

Once installed, it is necessary to select the AM3 navigator (AM3 perspective). These menus 
are not available neither in the ATL perspective, neither the AMW perspective.

One hint: if nothing appears in the AM3 navigator the first time it is opened, it is 
possible that the navigator has an incorrect filter over the projects. The filters are set 
up by "Working Set".

Concerning the plugin's versions, the download page of each plugin explains which are the 
compatible binary releases:

It is also possible to check out all the plugins with the latest versions from the Eclipse 
CVS.
