[news.eclipse.technology.gmt] posting conventions for GMT

There are several prototypes that have been deposited under GMT.
Some have their own separate mailing lists and other not.
May I suggest that for posts under GMT,  we prefix the subject by
the name of the prototype within square brackets or with [GMT]
if it is of general relevance to the project.
The current prefixes are:
        [AM3]
        [AMW]
        [ATL]
        [Fuut-je]
        [MOFScript]
        [oAW]
        [UMLX]
        [VIATRA2]

Of course when a post is related to several tools,
it may have multiple prefixes.
