I don't have another idea on how to solve it, because I don't use UML or profiles on my 
applications.
I usually create small metamodels specific to the application scenarios I work, with a 
dedicated vocabulary. I advise you to do that, if it is possible in your case.

Otherwise, you should ask in the ATL discussion to people who worked on something similar.

pardon me if I continue to ask you.
Now I explain better what I want to tell you.

I have created a new project. Inside this project NEW -> Other -> Epsilon -> EMF Model -> Next
Now I have a windows where I write:
Container: where I write my path project
File Name: the name I choice
Metamodel Uri: here I can choice. Is here that I don't find my metamodel loaded. If I load 
others metamodel I find here the name, but not my UML2 metamodel
Root Instance Type: I choice the root for me

I have this problem because I have to modify my UML2 metamodel with a Profile, otherwise I 
had not this problem.

Therefore my problem, for me, it's that I don't load my metamodel in a correct way.
