Hi,

I have a number of problems with the AMW plugin. i'm using the versions 
of Eclipse, EMF, etc. as mentioned on the AMW website, but basically the 
plugin doesn't seem to work at all. Before posting all these problems, 
I'd like to try building AMW from the CVS sources. Is there some kind of 
manual available on how to do this? I've followed the manual that comes 
with ATL, but would need some more information on what projects to check 
out, including dependencies, etc.
