I followed your instruction but error is still here. I use antlr 2.7.5 with 
Eclipse 3.1.0, EMF 2.1.0,  ATL 20060113 and AWM 20060126. They seem 
compatible at all but the wizard say always error antlr/TokenStream when 
loading a metamodel extension.
