Dont know whether the problem was not understood. Restating it,
In the Logic Example, Circuit element, when a child element is introduced
into the circuit element, and the circuit element is then resized such
that it hides the child elements, the scroll bars appear. I search all the
editpolicies and figures, but could still not find what is responsible to
display the scroll bars on the containers.
